CONCEPT

Stage 1.

We offer a free on-site meeting and consultation with our senior builder to run through oprions and determine the best approach for your renovation. We will also provide building cost estimates and concept floorplans.

DESIGN

Stage 2.

We work together with both draftsman and senior builder to develop a design based on your brief. Major revisions are included until you settle on a design you feel happy with.

  • CAD drawings – Site Plan
  • CAD drawings – Floor Plans

DOCUMENTATION

Stage 3.

We take care of building aproval, development applications and all other documents required before you can commence construction. Upon approval we provide a fixed price building quote for your renovation.

  • BA documentation
  • DA documentaion
  • Soils test
  • Engineering design
  • Building certifier
  • Council fees
  • Fixed price building quote

CONSTRUCTION

Stage 4.

Once approved we will let you make arrangements and begin construction at a time that suits you. Our experienced management team and skilled tradesmen ensure a smooth operation. We also provide a 6 year warranty.

  • Weekly updates
  • Scheduals
  • Final certification
  • 6 year warranty
